Gas Pay-at-the-Pump Transactions

By following a few simple guidelines your members will enjoy a seamless experience when using their Spendables^TM card to purchase fuel. Members must pay for gas at the pump, instead of inside the gas station at the register. Not all gas stations accept the Wellcare Spendables^TM card.

OTC card eligible items often include health and wellness products, such as cough and cold remedies, vitamins, medical equipment and more. If an item is eligible, the cost of the item is subtracked from an OTC card's available balance at checkout.

To qualify for a flex card, you must be enrolled in a Medicare Advantage plan that includes the flex card as a benefit.
